Hambrooks landscaping process explained
Step 1
Free garden consultation
Meet with our Designer/Estimator to explore your garden's potential and discuss your vision and budget.
Step 2
Design & quote
You’ll receive a clear, detailed quotation. For some projects, we include a basic 2D layout plan to help visualise the design.
Step 3
Quote review
We then walk through the quote with you to discuss options and material choices. Any design alterations are updated and the final layout and costs are agreed.
Step 3
Go ahead
Once you decide to proceed we require a 25% deposit to book you in. You will then get an estimated start date.
Step 4
Project kick-off
You will be contacted to confirm your start date then you will be allocated a Landscaping Team best suited to your garden project.
Step 5
Progress checks
For all projects, your Project Manager carries out regular checks to ensure work is delivered exactly as agreed. They are on hand for any questions or concerns. For larger projects we require 50% of the fee paid mid works
Step 6
Completion & sign off
A final walkaround with you ensures the garden meets your expectations and can be signed off with confidence. The final balance is due as soon as work is complete.
Step 7
Aftercare
As a valued Hambrooks customer, you will automatically receive our Privilege Card, giving you 10% off at our Titchfield Garden Centre.
We also offer garden maintenance services.
